This year there is something for everyone.

Chi Kung

If your focus is on restoring and maintaining holistic health then you will certainly want to learn more about Chi Kung. There are 4 courses this year dedicated to this wonderful art, from ‘Generating Energy Flow’, which is accessible to beginners and those more concerned with health, to high level Chi Kung like Sinew Metamorphosis (also known as Merging with the Cosmos) if that wasn’t enough in terms of Chi Kung, we also have the 18 Lohan Arts, a treasured set of exercises with an incredible range of patterns which are mostly geared towards building internal force, this internal force will directly benefit daily life leading to a more vital and energized life.

Kung Fu

For Kung Fu we have the “Drunken Eight Immortals” Kung Fu course, a rare and intriguing style of Kung Fu which emphasizes drunken, confusing movements along with internal force development. This is an absolute treat if you are a Kung Fu addict and an opportunity not to be missed, as this course is a first for the Shaolin Wahnam Institute and may not be repeated again. Don’t Miss it!

Tai Chi Chuan (With Sifu Robin Gamble)

For those of with a basic knowledge of Tai Chi Chuan or Kung Fu the “Fundamental push hands”course will be a very enjoyable day covering the fundamental methods of Push Hands, a highly enjoyable partnered training method of Tai Chi Chuan. The course will look at how to neutralize you partners incoming force and how to put the flowing body movement of Taijiquan form practice into good practical use. Participants must have had some training in Shaolin Wahnam Kung Fu or Tai Chi Chuan.
